I have built The Anasazi Oven and it does indeed work. I learned a lot about brick ovens, and a lot about bread that I have been able to use even without a brick oven. But the ovens they show you how to build in that book are serious ovens, definitely not for cheapskates. Also definitely not for renters. Again at the library.
