    Gluten free is a bonus for me!? You can use a wooden spatula or your hands to massage the dough and incorporate all the ingredients. A quick roll or two is all it should take to firm up the dough. You can definitely tree almond extract for the vanilla extract to give it more of an almond flavor.👩‍👧‍👧

    We have other recipes that would be suitable for you also. Drizzle the top of the cookies with melted chocolate I put the melted chocolate in a plastic bag and snipped the corner for easy drizzling. With a cookie scoop or spoon, portion the dough by 2 tablespoonfuls and roll into balls each ball will be about 2 inches in diameter. Absolutely biscuts.👮‍♂️
